Wonder Girls' 1000th Day Project

Objective of project :

To show the Wonder Girls they do have great support from Wonderfuls in Singapore. We hope to celebrate their 1000th Day together as a Wonder Family (especially since most fans have followed them through their pre-debut years). We also hope to send our encouragements to the Wonder Girls as they prepare themselves for their USA debut . (P.S. Our girls have already finished their recording for the English version of Nobody)

Theme for our project :

We will be following a "storybook" theme where we , Singapore Wonderfuls , will start off by introducing ourselves as their fanclub in Singapore .

This "storybook" theme will tell the story of how Singapore Wonderfuls have worked together to establish this non-profit organization , but for the love for our girls ;D

How we intend to design our wonder storybook ;D

We wish to make a collage with our fan photos by filling up the silhouette of the Wonder Girls .

In the book , we will be including fan messages , and fan photos of Wonder Girls in action when they were in Singapore in 2008 . We hope to show them the process of Singapore Wonderfuls receiving , supporting and sending their goodbyes in the 2 days they were here for the concert .

With the amount of money we'll collect from this project , we hope to get them a token of appreciation . However , this will be subjected to change if we cannot achieve our target sum . (Budget Break-down below)

What you need to take part in this simple project :

• 2 PASSPORT size photos -- Required for collage
• Pictures from K-Pop Night -- For our storybook theme
• Donation aka Registration Fees -- For material fees , shipping fees & packaging fees (Budget Break-down below)

The first batch of collection will be coming Saturday , 23/05/09 ! This is to accommodate to fans who will also be attending the SG_Wonderfuls outing ! ;D

Please submit your stuff to the following people in charge :

Registration fees/Donations will range between SGD$2 - SGD$20 !
Please donate generously as we'll need to pay for material cost, shipping fees and gifts ;D Please help us make this project a success ;D

As registration fees/donations involve money , Wonderfuls who are taking part , please only pay the money to admins or moderators ! In this case , that'll be either Sweet Cravings , [d]enise , or wonder-love (me) .

Hahaha ! It's okay if you didn't go for the concert last year ;D You just need to submit the rest of the required items stated in the tutorial ^^

Regarding the submission of items , it's best to submit it this Saturday so that we can start working on part of the project ;D Submission dates for subsequent items will be released after the first batch of collection ^^

You can be a dongsaeng , you can be a unnie/oppa , you can even be an ahjusshi or ahjumma to take part ^^ It's all for the love of the Wonder Girls <3

Our team finds this essential for all SG_Wonderfuls to know .

We are a NON-PROFIT organisation . Everything is done purely out of passion and our love for the Wonder Girls . As of now , most of the expenses incurred by the fanclub has been absorbed by the admin/mod team .

However , for this project , we need YOUR help ! So here's the budget breakdown for this project ! ^^

Budget Break-down for project :

Material Fees : SGD$30
(includes : vanguard sheet, plastic wrapping, papers for pages of the book, cardboard backings for book cover)

Packaging Fees : SGD$30
(includes : protecting the overall book and gift* when shipping)

Shipping Fees : SGD$50 (+/-)
(this amount is subject to change , but we're setting it at SGD$50 tentatively by making a safe estimate of our package weight 2kg) - REFERENCE

Methods for Donations/Registration Fees :

1) ATM Transfer -- we will PM you the relevant details once you fill in the registration form as stated above
2) Meet-ups -- We will start meeting for collection of donation/registration fees on the 6th of June ! Preferred days : Saturdays ! But negotiable , depending on which project member you'll be meeting ^^; (Frequency of meet up: Once in two weeks)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Other than filling up the registration form in the forums , all members donating will be expected to fill in a compulsory form in black & white . As this project involves the collection of money , we hope to be extremely careful with every transaction that comes in and goes out .

Q : Why should I join this project ?
A : As simple as A , B , C ! Because we all love the Wonder Girls !

Q : How will I benefit from donating to your project ?
A : Other than the regular , write your message to Wonder Girls + fan photos , donators will be given a special page where we'll include information like your forum id , amount donated , etc .

Q : I've donated , but I want my money back !
A : I'm really sorry but there's no such thing as a "return" policy for donations . Yup !

Q : Is there any age criteria I have to follow ?
A : Nope there isn't ! ^^ You can be a dongsaeng , oppa , unnie , you can be anything as long as you love the Wonder Girls ;D

Q : I didn't attend the Kpop Night Concert in 2008 . HOW ?!
A : Don't worry about it ! ;D It doesn't matter 'cos you can still send in your 2 passport size photos and fanmails ! Donations gladly appreciated ^^;

Q : I want to donate to Wonder Girls' 1000th Day Project but I don't have ATM card ! How ?
A : Freed not ! The team will be flexible enough to do a meet-up once every 2 weeks , preferably on Saturdays . Timings are negotiable with whichever project team member you are dealing with . ^^

Q : How can I trust that the book will be sent over to JYP ?
A : We will be doing up a photo journal for all you SG_Wonderfuls to show you guys our progress with the book . We assure you the end product (with the address on the parcel) will be what you see in the pictures -- uniquely Singapore ^^;;;; If you still don't believe us ! We'll show you the picture where we drop the parcel off ^^;;;

Q : So , are you guys going to send it to JYP Korea , JYP USA , or don't tell me , JYP China ?!
A : Don't worry about this ! When the time draws near to the golden day , we will see where our girls will be and we'll send it to the nearest JYP Building ! ^^

Q : If there's excess money left over from this project , where will it go to ?
A : The money will go into SG_Wonderfuls club funds . The money will be used to maintain or maybe even improve our current forum . We hope to provide SG_Wonderfuls with a better place to communicate , share and spazz at ! ;D (NOTE: All transactions will be shown clearly at the end of the project)

1) If you are writing your fan letter , please make sure it is legible (meaning: handwriting that can be read clearly)
2) If you are typing your fan letter , please make sure your font size is between 30 to 40 . No more no less or your letter might get cut .
3) Strictly NO vulgarities
4) NO BASHING OF OTHER MEMBERS or you'll be bashed by us ^^; (be it the Wonder Girls or any other members in the forum)

NOTE: Our storybook's going to be made of A3 papers so please give some allowance to the other members ^^
